Showing of the New Documentary Film, “Maestro” – Fundraiser for the Arlington Philharmonic (AP)

This is a fundraiser to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Philharmonic. Tickets are $30 per person in advance and $40 at the door. Tickets may be purchased online by clicking the “Maestro” movie event at the AP website,

ANV will be hosting the new Director of the Philharmonic, Elizabeth Campeau, at a Wednesday morning coffee in March. If there is interest, we could organize a group to attend the fundraiser. Please let the office know if you are interested in attending as a part of an ANV group by replying to this email ( or by calling the office at 703-509-8057. Attendees will be responsible for their own ticket.

The theater is metro-accessible (Rosslyn Metro) and there is garage parking in the building. A reception with live music and light fare will begin at 6 pm and the film, which runs 81 minutes, will follow at 7 pm. This film is an intimate, unprecedented glimpse into the life of the renowned conductor Paavo Järvi and a vibrant, contemporary portrait of the world of classical music.
