According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), falls are the leading cause of injury or death in adults 65 and older; one in three seniors has a fall each year. Fitness instructor and certified balance trainer, Andrea Bauman, will teach exercises to improve your balance and also ways to be safe and confident as you move through life.
