Guided Tour of Nationals Park

04/20/2018 @ 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Nationals Baseball Stadium, Media and Suites Entrance

South Capitol Street, SE and Potomac Avenue, SE, near the Home Plate Gate.

Plan to arrive several minutes before 11:30 am so that our tour can begin promptly. Getting to Nats Park is easy by Metro or car. Take the Green Line to the Navy Yard Station. The Navy Yard Station is just a half block away from the ballpark. You will then have to walk around the perimeter of the stadium to get to the Home Plate Gate. Or take the Orange, Blue or Silver Lines to Capitol South Station, a 20-minute walk to the stadium. Metered street parking is available on all sides of the stadium and there are parking lots nearby. The Nats will be out-of-town on the 20th, so traffic should be typical of a normal Friday workday. Full members may request transportation.

Our tour guide is Roy Eades, a long-time National Park usher and tour guide. The tour will last approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours and will provide us access to many of the stadium’s amenities, including: Nats Dugout and Bullpen, Visiting Team Dugout, Warning Track, the Shirley Povich media area and the various suites and clubs.

The tour is limited to the first 20 persons who RSVP and the cost is $13 per person. You must RSVP and have your payment into the ANV office by Friday, April 13. You may RSVP by replying to this email at or by calling the office at 703-509-8057. Be sure to mention the Nats Tour. Please make checks out to ANV and mail or bring them to the Arlington Neighborhood Village Office, 2666 Military Road, Arlington, VA 22207 (map). Open to members and volunteers.
