Whether  you already practice Tai Chi, or are  curious to learn just what it is all about, come and take part in ANV’s new Tai Chi sessions.  A practice group meets Thursdays at 9 a.m. in Oakland Park, Wilson Blvd., between N. Nelson, N. Oakland, and 9th Street North. This is a practice session group.  Instruction is not provided.

Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction, improved balance, and a variety of other health benefits.
