Located near Lee Highway between Arlington and Falls Church. Free parking is available in the garage next to the restaurant on Westmoreland Street or metered parking is available on the street. Walking distance to East Falls Church Metro – Orange and Silver Lines. Join us for a relaxing Saturday lunch at this favorite Turkish restaurant. A brunch menu is now available on the weekends, which includes Turkish pastries and eggs prepared with a Turkish influence. ANV Tai Chi — A gentle way to exercise and reduce stress

IMG_2624Whether you already practice Tai Chi or are curious to learn just what it is all about, drop in on ANV’s Tai Chi sessions. This is an informal practice group. Instruction is not provided.

Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi is now used for stress reduction, improved balance, and other health benefits. In colder weather, we meet in the Fellowship Hall at St. George’s Episcopal Church, 915 N. Oakland Street, Arlington, VA, in Virginia Square. Email awallgren@gmail.com for more details.

Spanish Conversation Group: Cafe Espanol
