Need Home Care? ANV Announces New Service to Help You Find Your Provider
Aug 22 @ 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm

Free parking is available in the church parking lot. Light refreshments will be provided.

Do you know what home care providers do or how to find one? If not, add our “members only” in-depth seminar to your calendar. When you or a family member or friend needs home care help, you might have to make a very quick decision. This event will help you be informed and ready.

The seminar will also define “home care” and how it differs from medical services provided by others. You will learn how ANV health and wellness volunteers can help you ask questions to find a provider suited for your particular situation.

Representatives from three home care providers will introduce their companies and service offerings and answer all your questions. The three agencies provide a wide range of non-medical services to help individuals stay at home, such as meal preparation, shopping, light housekeeping, bathing and dressing. Their staff are trained, certified and supervised by registered nurses or other professionals.

ANV health and wellness volunteers selected the three providers for member referral based on reputation and extensive interviews. ANV does not, however, guarantee their services.

Please RSVP by August 18. You may RSVP by replying to this email at (register@arlnvil.org) or by calling the office at 703-509-8057 – please be sure to include the name of the event and the name of each attendee, along with their email and/or phone number. Open to Members.
